Himam pasand mangoes which I ordered were recieved in good condition. It was semi ripe and useful for storage for three ,four days. I am yet to consume but appearance shows that it will be good and tasty. Well done 👍

I recently ordered malgova and it tasted very good. The packaging was quite neat. There was a delay in delivery from the courier side but when I raised it with Namkalam team they helped to resolve it which I appreciate. I would prefer to order again.

1. Ordered Mangoes but professional courier made sure that it doesn't reach on time
2. Had to throw half of the mangoes because they were rotten
3. Remaining mangoes, mostly sour.
4. The two stars is because Namkalam associate told he will arrange for refund or another shipment if the mangoes were bad.
5. But he never did. so two stars.
Edit:
They really owned the responsibility for the mangoes. Customer centric Ness is appreciable.
They also processed the refund due to inconvenience.
4 stars for effective Customer support.
Hopefully in future, they will also come up a solution to provide better quality.
Ripening agent used in the box. That is ethylene, which is exactly what the Trees produce to ripen the fruits. So people calling they have carbide that is not true.
Carbide has already been banned by the government. Ethylene is naturally what plants produce.
Moreover it is absolutely illogical to send a ripe fruit over courier. They have to send semi ripe fruits.
