If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for your refund to be processed may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team by email or phone and we will provide you with further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
